Dear Newberry Resident:

 Please be advised that in response to the strongly promoted social distancing recommendations, the office will be temporarily closed. Please place any condo payments in the drop box at the parking lot entrance, or feel free to call our office to make a credit card payment over the phone. If you need a guest or overflow pass renewed, call the office and it will be taped to the door. We appreciate your patience during these challenging times and hope you and your family stay safe.

En respuesta a las recomendaciones de distanciamiento social fuertemente promovidas, la oficina está temporalmente cerrada. Por favor coloque sus pagos de condominio en el buzón en la entrada del estacionamiento. Si necesita un pase de visita o overflow renovado, llame a la oficina y se pegará a la puerta. Agradecemos su paciencia durante estos tiempos difíciles y esperamos que usted y su familia se mantengan sanos y seguros.
